美妝K總的美妝圈洞見。從事美妝產業25 年，十多年法商精品集團品牌總經理。多年的外商工作經驗，並實戰行銷圈，帶領大團隊，管理國際知名美妝品牌。從職場退下後，希望我的人生能有些貢獻，Living with Purpose ，帶著對美妝產業的使命感，我以美妝K總的名字開始動筆發 Threads 文，希望傳承美妝經驗、培養年輕人，養成美妝行銷人才，意外收穫圈住一群對美妝有興趣、行銷圈、百貨圈的 followers. 目前在Threads上已累積超過百萬以上瀏覽數，粉絲人數在3個月內達3000+ 人。

This is Kelly Kao’s Beauty Insight, and her Beauty Circle. Working in prestige beauty industry for 25 years in Taiwan, I had been a Brand General Manager for a luxury beauty brand in a French luxury group for 15+ years.
I love to call myself a “Beauty Veteran”. I accumulated years of experiences in international cooperates, virtue battles in brand marketing, leading big team in retail, and building brand awareness and brand value. During a career break like now, I am thinking how I can live with purpose, with an intention to give back to the beauty industry. On a good-will, I start to write posts on Threads, share my beauty experiences, brand marketing stories to foster youngsters who are interested in marketing and beauty. Surprisingly, the posts spreads-on virully and accumulated more than 1 million of veiw, and I soon attracts more than 3000+ followers in 3 months, who are interested in beauty market, brand marketing and premium retail, or actually working in these fields.
